Developmental Observation of the Fused Tooth Germ in the Korean Fetus

Abstract
|
|
|
The author happened to find fused tooth germ among 336 (male 174, female 162) of Korean fetuses and observed them developmentally.
1. The sites of the occurrences were right and left mandibular first and second deciduous incisors.
2. The fused tooth germ in the left side were longer than that of the right side.
3. The boundaries of the fused tooth germ were found notch in the incisal edge and longitudinal groove in the labio-lingual surfaces.
